"My wife and I appreciated Claire's calm guidance and optimism as we negotiated the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home.  We were particularly impressed with the legwork she undertook when an issue arose following the inspection of our new home.  Heating of the home became an issue, and the sellers could not produce their heating bills.  So Claire obtained the energy usage data from the power company and recreated a year's worth of heating bills, all of which helped resolve our concerns and moved us toward closing.  In addition, her work ethic surpassed our expectations.  A winter storm struck the night before our first open house, and despite a fairly high turnout, without our prompting she offered to host another open house the following weekend.  We appreciated her willingness to devote considerable time to ensure the timely sale of our house."

"We had been looking for a house with another realtor for 3 months with no luck and so a friend suggested that I call Claire. I met with Claire for lunch on Thursday February 10 and explained to Claire what kind of house my fiancé and I were looking for.  Later that day, Claire had lined up 3 or 4 houses for us to see. She had also set up three or four houses on Saturday February 12 for us to see. One of the houses was not on the market yet but Claire suggested we drive by to look at it just to see if we liked it. Claire knocked on the front door and after a little persuading, the owner let us look around. I knew as soon as we walked in that this was the house for us. The owner was not accepting any contracts at that time but Claire made an appointment for us to go back on Monday February 14 to make an offer. Surprisingly, the owner accepted our offer that night and on March 11 we closed on our first house. It took us ONE MONTH from the day we met Claire to be new homeowners! We are so thankful to have Claire in our lives because without her we would probably still be looking for a house. Claire is a very charismatic, understanding and patient person. She made sure that we knew exactly what was going on at all times and was with us for the inspection and the closing. She has followed up on every question that we have had no matter how ridiculous it was. There are not enough words to express how wonderful Claire was to us! We would absolutely recommend Claire to anyone who is looking to buy a house. We will be using Claire again for the next house we buy!"
