I have just completed my Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (CDPE) which will allow me to help you, or your friends or family members who are in hardship, such as loss of job, an illness, a divorce, etc and who find themselves either unable to make their mortgage payments or think they may be unable in the very near future.
Many people think if they can't make their mortgage payments, it means the lender will take them to Foreclosure; but if I can reach these people before they receive the Foreclosure letter, I can begin negotiations with their lender on what is called a Short Sale.
A Short Sale occurs when the selling price of a home is less than the mortgage owed on the home.
