About

I was born and raised in Chapel Hill, N. C., where my father was a college professor and author of many books and essays and my mother was in Non-Profit work and Real Estate.  

I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with an AB in Radio, Television and Motion Pictures.  My career in Broadcasting spanned from Radio Sales, to Sales Management, and then to General Management. 

In the early 1990’s, I left Broadcasting and formed a small marketing and advertising agency and then in 2001 I began a new career in Real Estate, which I have thoroughly enjoyed. 

I chose Real Estate as a career because early on I realized I was happiest when I was away from a desk and out with people.  I also enjoy the Hunt, when it comes to looking for homes for buyers and I enjoy using my Marketing experience to help people sell their homes for top dollar.
